In Phase 1 of the quarter, two new seven-storey apartment buildings with commercial premises on the ground floors were constructed, a pedestrian promenade connecting Dzirnavu and Blaumaņa streets was created and landscaped, and a two-storey underground car park was built.

Phase 2 and the final phase in this city centre quarter consists of five residential buildings with 142 apartments, ranging from cosy 24 m² to spacious 210 m² premium apartments. The buildings will comprise 7 modern commercial spaces ranging from 90 to 560 m². The special value of the quarter is its greened and landscaped inner courtyard – a cosy and safe outdoor space that delights Riga’s residents and visitors during the day, but is closed to be enjoyed exclusively by the residents in the evening.

Phase 1 of the CENTRUS quarter has already been completed – two residential buildings with a promenade, courtyard and two-level underground parking facility have been constructed.

Construction of Phase 2 and the final phase has started, with five new buildings under construction, which will be available for occupation from the end of 2027.

Reservations for the luxury apartments will start in November 2025.

What apartments are available in the CENTRUS quarter?

CENTRUS offers 142 new luxury apartments in Riga, with floor areas ranging from 24 to 210 m².

All the apartments are fully finished, and some have terraces or balconies, as well as access to underground parking and a landscaped courtyard.

What buildings are being constructed in the new CENTRUS project?

Phase 2 includes the construction of five buildings – two street front buildings on Blaumaņa and Dzirnavu streets, as well as three courtyard buildings.

They will include 142 premium apartments and 7 modern commercial spaces (90–560 m²) suitable for small businesses, studios and service providers.

Can I see the demo apartment of the new project?

Yes, the CENTRUS Quarter demo apartment will open in summer 2027.
